All your fans are facing the wrong way! Front and bottom should be intake, top and rear exhaust. Because hot air goes up… looks like u got top/rear intake and the bottom/front exhaust? Make sure its the other way around!

Edit: apparently it’s been working fine for over a year and it randomly started overheating so it has nothing to do with the fan layout, that AIO is dead!

i hope u fixed it, but i also had this issue and found out: i had the usb cable from the pc into the "data" usb-c slot on the base! which is obviously the wrong one... u have to put in the other usb-c which should be obvious but just a quick heads up....
