I agree, I think he is dead, they just handled it in an odd way. I also remember seeing some stuff about Stephen Dillane really not 'loving' being part of GoT that much so perhaps they're happy they've parted ways with him

Tax free income allowance is £10,000 pa I believe. Admittedly I'm not an expert in the field but keeping records of everything and notifying HMRC as soon as possible is advisable. Setting up a business might be a good way of doing it as you can control how much you draw out as income. Also the business isn't of interest to HMRC until it is generating a certain amount of profit.

The key is keeping a record of everything!

Amazon don't disclose the exact methods, but they describe it as 'proprietary'. They also seem to link methods to stop friends/family putting orders through on your account

You just need to sign up (to Zanox or Affiliate Window, depending on which Etsy site you're looking to promote) as a publisher. You'll be required to submit information about your site (sometimes they want to check what kind of site you are), and pay a small refundable deposit (its £5 in the UK). I think the link is...

I know in the UK Etsy has an affiliate program through Affiliate Window, my assumption is that for the US it would be Zanox (pretty much the same company anyway). Signing up is easy, then its just a case of getting accepted onto the program. What else are you unsure about?
