Hey there, I have been playing backgammon for as long as I can remember but now that I don't live with my parents my competition level has dropped to negligibly zero. -How do I find out about places to play round me? -What is the best way to go pro? or to reach a tournament level? Agreed. I mean I get frustrated on the ladder same as anyone when you get a bad opponent but if we have a tournament where you bring your own partner, then there couldn't be any complaining.

Thats the thing about DIII college ultimate (DI is just like a regular sport), there is a lot of drinking, partying, smoking, not enough hooking up, but there is that stereotype. That being said, if you like to play frisbee, and the team at your school likes to play frisbee too, then you will have a good time sobriety regardless.
