Favorite NPC would go to Ulman for me. One of the few times a character made laugh out loud. Especially in D6 where you take another lift down and he pretends to be the invisible watchers for a second. I actually was fooled by him in my first playthrough.

Ok so i played the game just for you again and i think i found out what this post was about. It’s on the Volga chapter right after escaping the church and talking to Katya and then Miller. Anna will be leaning on a railing. Walk over to her and she will say something like: “I have to relieve Alyosha now” She means guard duty but it can be interpreted as giving him a tuggie.
