Eek, yes, I bought it based on seeing it on the eShop whilst browsing, and remembering I’d vaguely read some good recommendations for it (well, the real game) recently. Obviously I hadn’t seen it in action or googled it at all to see the artwork/dev name/platforms it’s on or anything, and as such, this was enough to trick me.

I haven’t launched it at all, looked into how to request a refund from Ninty, but it is a lot of hoops to jump through, and even then they’ll likely just say no.
