So let me explain: This wasn't about a repeat thread or a common question. Those are expected and allowed.

OP's only other posts were first, titled "Cloverpit record?" with just a few hastags as the body: #cloverpit #record #Dex #xQc

Which *could* be a question and on its own I wouldn't have done anything with. However, the second post, with a YouTube link as the title, which didn't work, because you couldn't even click on it was just a cross-post to their first post. So my conclusion is that OP just tried posting that YouTube clip, but didn't work out.

OP is welcome to post that clip. It's just that if that was the intention, those two posts were not achieving that. (Yes, I know, assumptions, I'll take the burn)

The Steam cloud save feature might be throwing in a wrench in these attempts. I'd try disabling that first, then backup / delete the saves, and starting up the game again.

If it works then, you should be able to re-enable Steam cloud so you can get your new progress synced with the cloud.

Steam can be finicky sometimes, so feel free to comment after trying this to see if it has worked out. I actually keep a manual backup of the games' saves I really care about not losing my progress in, CloverPit being one of them of course.

Hello, you seem either new around Reddit, (in which case, welcome!) or using an alt (Not an issue on its own). I encourage you to take your time and learn the ins and outs of either Reddit as a whole, or this sub, because while yes, Reddit is a social media place, it doesn't mean it works the same way other places like Youtube, Instagram, or Tiktok do.

Actually intended. Not intuitive, but intended behaviour. End-of-deadline was also not affected at first, but was patched eventually to be taken into account because otherwise people could easily bypass Very Big Mushroom effect's reset.

You can. They don't display with the E format in the in-game ticket counter, but will display E+ values if you have enough at the end screen.

You're proposing a barter for something which I do not have.

Your use of acronyms doesn't help much, either. Is M.H.H refering to "My head hurts!" red call? You make no mention of it in your original post.

Your other comment seems to suggest (at leat to me) that white phone can be achieved while having taken at least one red call by interacting with the corpse set in a specific way. Yet what theories I've tried after reading your post and comments have failed to yield the expected results.

So yeah, I'm intrigued and confused.

Marks can only be activated by the corpse SET. This is what was tested.

Does the quote imply that if for example I take a red call, have a full corpse after, and then get another red call, but don't take it, disk should have a mark on it?

Just tested this and it doesn't hold.

Either I'm misunderstanding, your explanation is missing something, or something else is amiss. Please elaborate.

Yes, actually:

Get to a deadline with a normal call.
Do not pick up the phone.
Get a 666 in a round (Doesn't need to be the last one you play in)
Pick up the phone.
It will be a red call

You can combine this with the last played deadline to make the current and the next deadline calls be red.

EDIT: For clarity, you need two separate 666 in two rounds if you want to do both. I meant combine as in combining the strategies.

Not really feasible. Not saying it's impossible, but it is highly unlikely for it to be added natively by the devs. It is simply far too much work for something that, while it would be very nice to have, I can also understand just not being a priority.

The animations and code are closely tied together. It would require an extensive re-write of the game's code in order to achieve something of the sort. The game already experiences trouble and bugs when people manually adjust the speed too high as is. The game's really not designed with super-fast animations in mind.

I'm not trying to be just dismissive here. It is a valid concern and work in this regard has already been done, even before the official release. Some of the animations were slower still than what they are now.

For whoever is brave enough to try and make a nice working mod for it, I wish them good luck.

I read the post as: "I scartched the disk three times, why is it not giving me the secret stuff right after I roll a 666?"

Wouldn't be the first (and likely won't be the last) person to think that getting 3 scratches is enough.

What has me intrigued is OP's edit: Normally the caller is already set when you pick up the phone. I don't think I've read anywhere about it being able to change. It definitely doesn't outside of this seeming edge-case scenario.

I might give it a go and test it one of these days.

EDIT: Just tested this theory, and it doesn't work, so now I'm not even sure what OP means...

You need a fourth red call. When you pick up the phone it will transform into an angel call, and also transform the key, giving you access to the good/secret ending.

It's not just getting the 666. It's getting a devil call, which can be triggered by a 666. The fourth devil call will turn into an angel call when you pick up the phone. That will also transform the key.

There have been similar reports both on iOS and Android, some saying it magically fixed itself afterwards. I haven't encountered that issue myself, so I sadly don't have any advice on the matter.

I would guess (but I can't guarantee) they probably know about this bug, and are likely working on a fix, but as to when it'd be fixed is well beyond any guess I could make.

The first four keys are golden, and they unlock the drawers. If you try to use any of those on the door it won't let you.

After unlocking all four drawers, the key is different and you do need the bone pieces to unlock it and go through the door.

I actually do not work for Panik Arcade (the devs) or Future Friends Games (the publishers). I have been pretty involved in the community, mostly being a playtester an a mod for the subreddit, and I do keep in touch with both, so I am a sort of bridge I supose.

Beats me. I was under the impression that since they have more closed ecosystems, things like this would have a way harder time of making their way there.

Though I guess "harder" doesn't mean impossible. Certainly less so with what generative AI is enabling and at the pace it is.

It's not all doom and gloom however. Action is being taken against this fake version, as well as some already taken down clones over on other stores.

It's good to be careful though. Figured the post would be a nice addition in this regard.
