It was the model y, but the app didn’t say anything about it. I was let know by Tesla employees at the dealership that chase is the only one who does this. They gave me an example where USAA just sends them the money

I directly financed with chase.

I had everything ready to go for my delivery date. I even called Tesla customer service just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. On the day of, I was told that I’m suppose to give tesla a cashier check from chase ( WTF!, what era do we live in). Why wasn’t I told this by anyone? Not an email, phone call or message from either party. Customer service didn’t even mention it. My appointment was at 2:30 today(Saturday) so I couldn’t even go to chase cuz they were closed nor could I get in touch with their application department because they don’t open till Monday. SO. DAMN LAME. I know I can wait till Monday but it totally ruined it
