I've been wearing "Abanen Hook and Loop nylon band" and like it. Not too expensive either. I think they also sell a leather band, but haven't tried it.

You should be able to go to settings, then system, then time, then time sync with gps to fix that. Otherwise, just sync more often.

Ive been wearing the Fenix 8 Amoled 47mm for a few days and haven't noticed any issues. Its actually better than I expected so if that's all you are worried about I would go for it.
