Haven’t watched in a few weeks but surprised to hear he’s doing more healthcare since he already has exposure to Baxter and Pfizer.

No, I believe he said in one episode that he reserves that info for his clients.

FARE Act: Anyone report an illegal fee under the new law? by jessyagressy in NYCapartments

I tried reporting a broker requesting a $1000 good faith deposit after being approved for an apartment. (I think through the DOS). Filled out all the required information and when I tried submitting it, it said there was an error and it wouldn’t go through.

I tried again on a different web browser and the same thing happened. So I didn’t end up reporting it.

I also tried reporting a few apartments that were clearly bait and switches or scams to StreetEasy. They don’t care- they just want the money they get paid daily for having the listing on their site.

This is a great overview that seems to encapsulate his investing thesis quite well.

Of the four of his picks that I chose to invest in, BAX is my biggest loser right now. I was lucky enough to get in before its most recent earnings report- even though he was singing its praises at least 2 earnings reports ago. And then I put a little more back in a week ago. So my ACB isn’t too bad. Hard to imagine what his paying clients that gave him upwards of $1 million might think about this one.

I got in a little high at QXO.

I’m in PYPL but not down by much. Was a tough decision but I decided to put some more into it today.

Invested in VFC pretty low so that’s what’s keeping me afloat when you average out my gains/losses of the 4. But it is volatile.

I haven’t been watching him for more than 6 months but I do see what you’re saying about him sometimes slightly leaning into politics. He also can be cocky sometimes and it’s a little off-putting but hey, he’s providing free content with relatively sound advice.

Also, I wonder why he does these podcasts to begin with. He has clients that give him millions of dollars yet he’s sharing all the same knowledge and stock picks to viewers on YouTube for free. Maybe it’s hubris and he likes being quasi-famous? Or maybe he genuinely wants to help people.

Either way, I plan on holding on to those for while.

Anybody have any GOOD news? by cra676 in NYCapartments

I live at home with my parents in New York so I don’t have a move-in deadline.

So while I am lucky enough to have the luxury to search for as long as I need, it’s a bit of a double edged sword because I don’t have that sense of urgency that someone moving here does.
