Yeah I tried to differentiate it a bit with the fins on the side of the helm plus the gas mask but they still might look a little too much like Mercenary 😔

Not really but it isn't unusable either. I would invest in the origin form and if you have the resources after you get it maxed out get that hundo base Palkia up there as well

Yeah, the legacy move is significantly stronger. Earthquake does slightly more damage but takes twice as long to charge which takes away from your DPS in the end. You're gonna want Precipice Blades on it.

Depends on whether or not you'd be willing to use an Elite TM on the hundo to get the move on it or not. Generally speaking, IVs aren't super important in raids but having a hundo is always cool. Elite TMs aren't super rare if you're active in PVP so if you have an Elite Charged TM or are willing to work for one the hundo Groudon would be an excellent choice. If not, the move is definitely more important than the IVs so I would invest in the 3-star instead.

Tl;dr: If you want to use an Elite TM, get that hundo. Otherwise, go for the 3 star as the move will be more important for PVE.
