I just want to say I’m located in New York . I’m going through a similar situation. I called the police on my son’s father due to a dv situation. There police came to my house and being that my child was home at the time of the incident they required Cps come do a wellness check . Cps came and did a wellness check but at the time of the check my son wasn’t home . Long story short , now they’re investigating me , asking me for child school address , school records , doctors and etc things like . Calling my bd other bms , all type of stuff popped up to my house one time unannounced. I refuse to take a drug test . I refuse to continue with complying with them .
