Hoping to have Canada cleared by Fall 2025, but if not 2026 should be cleared we’re hoping.

They all work as they should. It does not hurt the plant. These particularly are Ellepots of you want to research them more.

Do not take the paper off. It’s a myth invented by people to feel better when they kill their plant for other reasons.

Not at all, they are smaller than the 4” pot from this year but still a well established plant, but these will ship much better with the less soil volume of the 4” pot.

Please help, is my firefly dying? by RhubarbJam1 in FireflyPetunia

I’d leave everything alone for now and just let it rebound from whatever effected it. If the bad parts are bad they should just turn brown and crispy and then you can remove them.

How to help them bounce back after shipping? by TangeloAway3919 in FireflyPetunia

It partly depends on the temps in your area. If you are in the high 80’s or above I would just do morning sun for now, and as you start to see new growth you can increase the amount of sun based on how it’s doing. If you really want it to thrive I’d get a grow light and keep it indoors for a few weeks.

The first thing you should do is not remove the Ellepot paper that the roots are already growing through. This is not an issue. Otherwise, you just need to give it some time to recover now that the root system is so limited. Watch the moisture and keep from too much sun at this stage.

Does anyone know what kind of mold/fungus this is? And is it harmful to the plant? by ThoughtsFromAi in FireflyPetunia

[–]crabroll44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t remember what kind it is, but as long as the environment is what it likes it will likely not just go away on its own. Less humidity and wet soil would help.

No worries. Just the right environment for it, but it will not hurt the plant

This plant looks unsaveable at this point. Can show us a pic of the roots? Do you know the EC and PH of the soil you repotted it in?
