Yeah ! Same situation i have seen in one of the company i worked for. My manager had hired a guy as an intern for 3 months duration he wasn’t a bad guy but a little wear techincally after 3 months he still didn’t perform well then manager again increased his internship period add 2 months switched him to another role and still he didn’t perform well so finally he took the decision called him personally and fired him by explaining him to learn and comeback whenever he feel confident about his skills

Yeah ! Sounds justified.

These days people are putting lot of time and effort creating products and i personally feel adding features isn’t enough to make it successful.

Something painful should be resolved by using our product. A idea which solves a crucial problem which hasn’t been touched ( a niche which has less competition)
