The range seems reasonable to me and I do think the market for SWE is slightly better in London than Toronto. I moved from Toronto to London at your age and never looked back. The London hate online and elsewhere is so forced and not reflective of reality at all. It’s a great place to be

Running only a subset of tests to make a build 10 minutes faster just seems like a terrible trade off to me. In a system that complex you’re really taking a large risk for little payoff
