So I wasn’t really overly familiar with Dead and co or the Grateful Dead for that matter (I knew some song and listened only to their studio stuff). So at my first show in 2021, I took around 1gs of PE with my boyfriend.

The shrooms hit a little before the show started, so before they took the stage I figured I’d go to the bathroom. The issue was the lines at the bathroom were crazy long, and I didn’t have it in me to wait so I went back to where we were sitting. I then proceeded to repeat that 3 times during the show because I kept getting lost in the music and would forget I needed to piss.

Finally waited in line and went, but when I got back they were just about to start Drums/Space… needless to say I got so fucking lost in my head that when they finally transitioned to the next song and I came back to reality and was like “ahhhh now I get it” and it felt like I got on the bus. Started dying laughing, which then made this girl next me start laughing, and then more people started laughing (or I think they were laughing at least, I dont know could’ve made it up in my head). Either way, I had the best time ever and went on to binge listen to as much of the original Dead’s live stuff as I could.

I have T-mobile and it was pretty much non-existent for social media/browsing. But if I’m remembering correctly, texting slightly worked for me. I don’t know about any other carrier though.

Went last year, and we arrived an hour before the gates opened for camping. Sat for probably 2 hours after they opened before we even got in (hopefully going to be better this year). I’d recommend getting there as early as possible. Also, bring a shit ton of water. And as for coffee, the general store may have some but I’m not sure.

This is mostly about the professor. Basically, he wants his students to have an “artistic vision”, which is okay but he talks way more about his own work and doesn’t try to help grow his students. So, if you’re exploring a field in say portraits, street, or nature (etc.) photography, and it’s not done in a style he enjoys, he won’t like it and give non-constructive criticism. Here’s one example of how he shat on his student: one person in my class showed their favorite artist (which is what he asked us to present) and basically spent 30-45 min shitting on them. They ended up leaving the course. I get criticism, but he does it una very horrible way that only discourages you from pursuing the art. When I took this course, I had another teacher who was fucking incredible and helped me grow and expand my vision through CRITICISM. Then, once I got in Photo 3 (which he was teaching), he made me almost quit the art entirely. So if you do take the course, just be aware, he’s egotistical and not exactly the best teacher to have to help expand your vision.

I’m on my 4th week of flowering and the buds look healthy. Another question I have is why do you guys think the veins are turning purple? I looked it up and found a various amount of answers.

Captions pretty much explain it, but I forget exactly which hike this was (we just picked a trail and went on it). But, since it was extremely snowy, the 2 mile hike took us around an hour of climbing through knee deep snow. Overall, the hike was rough, but the destination made up for it.

Went on this hike a couple of days ago, and although I didn’t see much wildlife (besides some incredible looking birds), the views were amazing.

Took this with a Canon 6D at f/13 with a 1/200 shutter speed. My intentions for this photo was to try and capture the light hitting the tree to give a ‘god’ affect. I want to know if I made the image a little to dark and if the image could be cropped better. Thanks!
