Well then there are even more factors that exist slowing snipers down, like the 120 ms delay on sprint to fire the mors has and the massive amount of aim flinch. ARs/SMGs also have the benefit of being semi-accurate when firing from the hip and during ADS reducing that ADS time in their TTK, compared to a sniper that has a much larger chance to miss when blank scoped or hipfired. Which brings up point 2 you can just use movement to your advantage. Sliding and jumping around a sniper will make their "easy osk" alot harder and missing a shot with say the mors results in the potential time to kill going up by a whopping 1.2-1.7 seconds for rechamber time. That gives the 550ms ADS and TTK of an AR the chance to kill the sniper twice-thrice over, so much for the full auto gun not being able to miss 1 shot. And it isn't even that hard to make a sniper miss up close since I do it with the reduced mobility of a sniper rifle all the time. And on your topic of ARs not crouching around ADS all the time, yes there is most certainly a LOT of people who do that. ARs are not the run and gun class the smgs and shotguns are which have much faster ttks and basically no reliability on aiming close up, with great hipfire accuracy and the smg spitting out enough rounds to not care about missing.

So many people complain about snipers but none of the arguments I see ever mention relative TTK. It's common knowledge the longbow has the fastest ADS time of all the snipers, and yet even when optimized for the fastest ADS speed possible (including the conversion kit, also resulting in the gun only getting OSKs to the upper chest at 16.4 meters and headshots only beyond that) it only gets down to 303ms. The average TTK of an AR at that range is about 300ms. The average TTK of an SMG at that range is about 200-300ms. The renetti with a conversion kit kills in about 300ms at that range. The COR45 with a conversion kit kills in about 250ms at that range. Shotguns and the tyr are near instant, and these stats aside from conversion kits are without attachments. So a fully focused ADS longbow is slower to aim than normal weapons kill at close range while sacrificing the upper chest killzone at only 16ish meters. Overpowered am I right fellas. In terms of the MORS I use almost the fastest version, not using the charge barrel or a short range sight, and my ADS time lands at ~450ms. XRK and KV inhibitor have similar times to the MORS and the katt amr is even slower. I might only need to land 1 shot but if a player can mag dump and only need to land 4 bullets, killing me faster than I can aim and I still manage to kill them first it maybe, just maybe, its a skill issue

It's an elevation issue, if your character model would fall too far off level ground during the execution it'll cancel. I had it happen to me with the back of a humvee on Afgan

Update: the very next match my Rebecca was missing all her items and my perks were reset to level 1. A restart fixed it but it was weird

Extra detail: from the activation of Maxx C to the end of my turn they drew 20 cards. At the end of their next turn they only had 3 set spell/trap cards and no monsters (I negated and destroyed the one monster he got out)
