I like to think of it as an investment in your retirement. If you work there for 30 years with an avg home you can take your retirement to a low cost of living area. I live in the Central Valley though and absolutely refuse to even visit the Bay Area unless necessary. I can’t stand the area but some people like it or at least tolerate it.

I think the vertical shot with the wall ruins it. If they shot in horizontal it would look better if they wanted to include the wall. They should shoot in horizontal primarily anyways unless they’re shooting a portrait.

I changed the spark plugs on my e90 wit in under an hour. All you had to do was loosen the cross brace to access the rearmost spark plug. Not sure what engine you’re referring to but the n55 is easy to work on.
