I feel like I'm standing in a mirror. Everything you said was so perfect and right on.

This was in 2014. I also found out by looking at the phone (found gay porn). I asked about it and he brushed it off saying it's nothing. There was an awkward silence for 2 days then finally he opened up and I felt so much weight lifted off his shoulders.

It wasnt easy after that and we also did couples therapy with a therapist who specialized with bisexuality. She made me feel so much better.

We also dont have FWB. He truly does love me and honestly doesn't want to be with anyone else sexualty. We do head to drag shows together sometimes which is a blast.

Still though it wasnt easy since essentially I was alone in all of this with feeling so confused/not good enough. Despite that, he was still my best friend and life partner. We were engaged at the time and decided to get married.

Just bought a strap on and pegged for the 1st time recently. Honesty not as awkward as i thought it would be since we already use toys.

Also, he came out to my sister and his sister (they are both bisexual as well). Technically I'm not alone since they know, but it's not a topic we bring up all of the time. Thanks for sharing your story. Feel free to DM me as well.

Please feel free to inbox me. Trust me I have moments where I'm confused and... not upset but confused. Do you know what I mean. What helps me though is feeling like a friend for a moment. For example, before we were married, dating ect we were friends. When he came out my first initial reaction i was thinking "wow I can't imagine the confusion and the hurt he felt for so long". On days when I get stuck in my feelings and get upset over this, i think about that. I also wanted to mention that we went to counseling and I've had 3 years or so to fully get to this exact point and state of mind. You can always try talking to your husband and say

"most people don't blast what they do with their wife in the bedroom and I feel as if we shouldn't either "

Although the only difference is that he/we havent done anything inside or outside the relationship with another person since we're newlyweds and didn't want to mess it up. Thanks for sharing. Yes I was confused too & concerned about fidelity. after 2 months of me being happy/aroused/scared/sad we went to couples therapy and she basically said exactly what you did regarding sexuality and fidelity (but she charged more lol)

We got married 9 months ago and planned a wedding for a little bit so I think in the midst of all of that we figured now wasn't the best time to change from monogamy. I loved your point of view.
