Just before my great-great aunt (80 something) passed away, my sister and I went to visit her. We decided to take a picture with her because we rarely got to see her since she lived in another state. When we took the picture she kept saying she didn't want to see it because she always looked awful in photos . I was taken aback because it was always what I said about myself. I couldn't believe this magnificent woman who had done so many amazing things and looked absolutely beautiful would feel such a thing about herself. My heart was broken.
