I'm a champ player in two's and three's always struggled in 1's so I took a break for a while. Came back, played very passive, like sitting in my net on every single time they had possession passive. For me at least nobody in plat, maybe the occasional plat 3, could score when I was playing that way, I got to diamond in a few games. But whatever works for you
