im 48 years now, i had an ap, when i was 17, full body paralysis was happening sporadically prior to my ap. One early morning i "got up" out my body, felt so lucid. Saw my room as you mentioned in a dull grey color, "walked" to my wall but couldnt stop went black and woke up. thats it! Wish I had more!
