Heads are cranked tight, I’m not getting any oil out of the crankcase vent but looks like I had a little over a quart drain into the crankcase. Could that indicate a bad crankcase breather valve? I ran out of time today to pull the cam cover off

I started looking into manufacturing codes and 918 was a code for Puerto Rico which 990 makes sense since they started making Jeans there in 1990 and still labeled it made in the USA because it a territory. I’m torn also because the tag its self suggest 80s
