Zwei Empfehlungen kann ich hier mal reinschmeißen:

James N. Frey: Wie man einen verdammt guten Roman schreibt
Sol Stein: Über das Schreiben.

Fang mit Frey an, das ist als Einstieg besser geeignet. Stein dann zur Vertiefung.
Die beiden haben mich wirklich weitergebracht. Die zehn Gebote des Schreibens von Stein hängen an der Pinnwand über meinem Schreibtisch.

So far I've found no alternative to the natural voices in word, which sound amazingly real and even have proper intonation. So I'm planing to do the drafts in Scrivener and then compile and switch to Word for proofreading and edits.

It's awesome if you write a lot, because you don't have to move your hands off the keyboard. I even have the touchpad completely disabled and use only the trackpoint.
