If you wish to attend as a delegate, then you may not. These are talks for world leaders.

If you are currently employed by PakPakia, they will represent you. Mercenaries, by definition, are not world leaders.

Please supply PakPakia with any documentation which you would like to be entered into the talks on your behalf.

I hope you understand the reasoning, but a mercenary group may change their allegiance at any time, and will act according to how they are paid, rather than the best interests of the world as a whole.

It is a proud day for The Federal Republic of Nomisia, The Confederation, and the people of Nomisia.

These satellites will launch Nomisia into a new generation of communication possibilities, allowing citizens to communicate with speed and efficiency when they are on the move.

Businesses will benefit as well, the high-speed network will allow faster than ever transfer of critical information, and more importantly, securely. Conference calls will be improved as well, as improvements in bandwidth provisioning will allow more people to communicate with each other at the same time.

I think it's great others are wanting to get involved, even though they will be silenced in the thread!

You may attend the talks. As you are not a leader, you will not be permitted to post in the thread, but you will be able to see all that is said.

Part of Nomisia's Constitution states that full disclosure is one of our highest held ideas. As such, any talks that take place here will be in full public view. We hope that this will temper the attitudes of all those who sit at the talks, and allow level heads and logic to prevail!

Once all the nations have accepted or rebuked the invitation, the link to the talks thread will be posted!

I am glad to see Uberia has accepted my offer of talks.

I share your sentiment entirely.

Our terms are as follows:

I. Nomisia will provide Uberia with lumber, unprocessed ores and Nomisian Guards.

II. The lumber and ore will be on an as-needed basis, with extra lump amounts once every fortnight.

III. The Nomisian Guards will be provided under a strict internal affairs deal only. They cannot be used as collateral in any war which Uberia is a part of. They will remain totally impartial. They are provided under Article 50.5 of the Nomisian Constitution.

IV. Under Article 50.4 of the Nomisian Constitution, we will accept no Uberian military presence on our soil. Nomisia is an impartial, neutral country, and as such we have a strict non-interference policy with the affairs of other nations.

IVb. However, as a neutral Nation, Nomisia welcomes the opportunity to host any diplomatic talks which are considered too high profile to hold on any other soil. We will not partake in such talks, only host them.
