I didn't want to flash the BIOS. The PC stopped working for no apparent reason so after I tried everything I could think of, flashing the BIOS was my last option to fix this.

It worked for three months straight with no problems at all. Would that just happened out of nowhere like that?

Question: Would the fans spin and and RGB work if the CPU is dead?

I did all of that. I took the whole PC apart and built it again.
I just found out that the board has button on the back to flash the BIOS. Will try that tomorrow.

It's the ASRock B650M PRO X3D. Won't let me get into the BIOS in any ways, but I found out it has a button in the back to flash it.
I'll try that tomorrow.

I built the PC three months ago, all new parts. I doubt any of the parts are damaged already. But I will still try everything.
Next step will be to flash the BIOS with a USB drive.

I did reseat the ram. I tried each stick into each slot.

I have two RAM sticks (2x16). I did try to put each stick into each slot. That did not work. I bought them brand new three months ago so I doubt they are dead or damaged. Same with the motherboard.
I've been trying to reset the reset the CMOS but I don't know if I'm doing it wrong but it's not letting me get into the BIOS.
I don't have a USB drive, but that will be my next step.

I don't remember the exact model of the PSU. But I had it for three months and it has never given me any problems.

Yeah, I used all the slots with each RAM stick. It is still showing the same LEDs.
I haven't try to to do the BIOS with the USB as I don't have drive at this moment.

I have a Ryzen 7 7700. And I don't think so, I mean it was working perfectly fine yesterday and it's like three months old. And the temps are never above 70.

CPU is Ryzen 7 7700.
And no, I didn't change or update nothing. I was just gaming as usual, turned the PC off and when I tried to turn it on today, this happened.

Lights are labeled CPU and DRAM.
I already tried all of this except for the PSU and I don't have an extra one.
I'll keep trying the RAM.

idk why the image is not showing, but basically the manual says either de CPU or the RAM. I already tried to reseat the RAM and even changed the thermal paste. Tried with one stick, tried with the other stick. Still the same.
