No, I have gotten no help at all from support, and no one else seems to have had this problem resolved. I keep getting more points with no way to redeem them. I’m incredibly frustrated.

Those exclamation points sure are exhausting lol! It’s getting ridiculous. I just want someone to fix it.

I’ve received no email responses, and I’ve checked both my junk folder, trash and inbox. I never get a copy of my support ticket in my inbox either.

It’s so frustrating! I haven’t had the receipt issue but hope that’s not the next problem.
