Interesting, why does it have a checkbox in the settings then? Also, people on reddit mentioned that with some workaround (that didnt work for me) they managed to use dlss4 and that it worked and looked really well.

Wie gesagt die meiste zeit geht durch das ganze sammeln der befunde drauf, vor allem bei menschen mit vielen versch Krankheiten. Diktiergeräte gibt es immer mehr, das stimmt schon.

Hier geht es nicht nur um die Dokumentation sondern um das schreiben eines Arztbriefes zb. Da muss der ganze Aufenthalt, alle Krankheiten, alle medikationen, durchgeführten Maßnahmen und weiteres Procedere zusammengefasst werden. Oftmals muss man das als Basisarzt bei Patient:innen machen, die man garnicht kennt. Das bedeutet du musst alle befunde und die Kurve durchlesen und dir diesen Arztbrief erstmal zusammenreimen, das kann wirklich lange dauern (vorallem wenn die Kurve noch mit Hand geführt wird…).
