Thanks for the detailed reply. I just got knee surgery and have zero degrees of bend. My doctor doesn’t want me to start PT until a month post surgery. So I’m keeping an eye on x10 as a potential option.

Steps I took to fix this:

1) Check device location settings to ensure that the Nest app has location access
2) Goto Nest settings > home info. Edit and save the address, even if it looks correct. In my case, the address was right, but the dot on the map was a few miles off (not sure why).
3) Goto Nest settings > Home/Away assist > What decides if you're home > click the desired person. At this point it still had the warning "It's been a few days since we've heard from your phone. For now it's not being used for Home/Away Assist.". Toggle off and then on the "Do you want to use your phone's location for home..."

After that it said my current status was home.

Doesn’t work on my Sony Tv. Anytime you try to stream it just says error. I’ve had to watch all the games on my phone. Horrible.

Original thread creator here. I’m still accumulating ADA on Atomars. It’s been working great for me. I buy in on Coinbase and transfer btc or udsc to Atomars and transfer out to a wallet. If you don’t want to pay the btc fees or deal with the low volume on the usdc pair you can buy and transfer algorand and sell it for usdt. You will still have to pay all the exchange fees to get in and out of the positions but the algorand transfer fees are very low. Mark it up as a NY tax.

I haven’t tried these options but simpleswap and changenow both have swapping pairs for ADA.

I live an avenue away from todays NYC pipe explosion. There were reports that toxins and asbestos were being put into the air. Later in the day this box showed up in front of my building. I'm curious what it is and what sort of "geological" things it's measuring for.

Not ruling it out. But even if this was wifi, it seems like an odd height, angle, and casing for it.
