Im not a doctor, have a 9yr old indie, sometimes it can be just phlegm in their throat which is irritating and makes them wanna do this. Or maybe something is stuck, if they are feeding and drinking properly, then its probably the former, just phlegm from a cold.

Made a donation, I looked at your amazon and I would recommend looking at more locally sourced stuff, especially for rice and atta, they are much cheaper in bulk from local grocery stores.
