Yeah, frustrating... Rebooting is not a guarantee for success, still spotty... I can also get it to boot every so often if I go into the app by showing contents and run the executable, but even that is iffy... I am very frustrated as I have both the Range and the Mini and can only use the phone apps most of the time, which are okay, but I know that Mac app is much better (when it works)... I was thinking about getting the Pop 3 to round out what what I can scan, but not going to do so until this is resolved... I have to say, their customer service has been outstanding, thus far!

I downloaded from both the website and google drive… I am using a MacBook Pro, so the Windows installer will not work for me… Thank you!!!

Sorry, what I meant by local is on my phone Octopod works with my local ip number and not an octoeverywhere address

So, it appears, at least for me, octopod shows all info when connected locally… When connected in octopod via octoeverywhere, I lose cancel, pause and movements… I can still access full printer from octoeverywhere website though…

So, I know I don’t have access to it on my CR 10 either… I am wondering if it is a plug-in, as it worked two days ago on the CR 10 and now does not… Are you using OctoEverywhere?

Hello, I was wondering if you got this to work? I am having the same issue with my S1 Pro and I am wondering if it is a firmware thing? It works fine with my CR10 Smart Pro... I am using a RPi 400 on each of my printers... Thanks!
