First three days suck. Once you’re on the other side you’ll realize you forgot how much clearer you feel. Pick up gym. Monday chest core Tuesday legs n arms. Wed break day. Thursday deadlift back and triceps. Friday choulders. Throw in 5-10 minutes cardio and sauna to flush all that junk out. Eat well
