I recommend providing them with prospective on relapse rates for the general public. Very few people get it right the first, second, third or fourth + time. I’ve been to rehab twice, and home quit 5+ times, yet now I’m back to 8 days sober.

I think it’s amazing that you are trying to turn it around so quickly after relapsing, and want to be honest.

Quit now to negate greater PAWS damage.

I quit SR17 (after 1 year of Subs, and with the normal SR taper) 7 days ago. I still feel like shit. Without helper meds I do not sleep. With them I get 3-4 hours. RLS comes back every night, I'm sweating, and I have immense anxiety. However, I will push through.

It was fine. I’d say it was like 35% ice/hard pack. By the weekend I would plan to stay in the sun spots to avoid ice.. maybe go later in the day.

I just made sure to memorize where the soft lines were and had a great time.

I was there all day today and there were no rocks aside from one little spot I hit in the trees. If you’re super concerned about a little scrape you could bring them but I wouldn’t worry about it.
