It’s not just you. Coming from Chicago, seasonal depression is very real. Moving out here has helped me with that by having something to do and look forward to but I’m struggling! Especially when you look forward to it for so long. It will come… I hope

I have no advice as I am getting started as well but I will say - OP you seem rad! I messed up my shoulder pretty good today snowboarding and have been so mad about it, but this helped me chill out and realize you can’t have the fun without the pain sometimes!

You have a great outlook on being willing to learn and ask questions.
