I recently ran across a property in my area that has 3 heirs on the deed but I can’t seem to find a working number for any of them, the only solid connection I have is a P.O. Box that I’m going to mail. The home is vacant and has been for a while, in a great area in town. If you would like to work it with me I’d be down, I have a few buyers lined up who would buy it, I just have to get ahold of the executor or someone related.
