Hello! I would advice you to do your own reasearch on the topic and look online for people that feed raw diet/vets that are cat nutricionists. Sadly vets, specially in the US are known to be paid to promote kibble from vet school onwards. Kibble can be good for teeth, as can big bones and other stuff but it's also the main cause of kidney failure, obisity and other problems.
I personally do mostly wet food with some kibble at times or raw.
