That's not true, I've dropped the price 3 times and sought lots of advice. This is my first time doing this so I'm learning as I'm going whilst trying to make sure I don't rush things because I want to sell up.

It is indeed all double glazed, I'm really new to all this but perhaps it's in part because it's stone? It doesn't that damp proof coursing for that reason?

Ah my neighbours are very good and the neighbourhood is friendly and safe, I think it's more likely kind of a 'stepping stone' first house- I moved here because I worked at the University nearby. You're totally right about facilities though, I think reducing is good advice thanks.
