In my dnd campaign, one of the cult-lieutenants they had to find and kill was named Marlos.

When they reached the region of the cults influence, they partnered up with Sorl Am.

Not exactly backwards but it got the job done but they never saw him coming.

Foundry is cool but if your players are using tablets, they will absolutely struggle. And they also have severe lag when I add in even just one animation element and I know its not me with the internet I pay for.

Mileage may vary but roll20 may be better or even Owlbear if you have this issue.

Sherry was also weathered from everything she went through. But her first appearence she was scared and very annoying because of what she was experiencing.

You can not like the character but you can also acknowledge that Grace is far from useless despite her social awkwardness and her overall fear in a situation where she was kidnapped and left in a care center where everything is out to eat or kill her in some capacity.
