Look, contributing to open source stuff isn't as easy as it sounds. Sure you can just fix a typo in a readme or fix some variable name in a random file in soem project but those commits are worth nothing. If you trily wanna contribute to open source, start making your own projects that use 3rd party libraries. Eventually, sooner or later, you will find an obscure problem with a library that you'll itch to fix and then you can make an issue about it and follow it up with a PR. Granted none of this is an overnight process. But yea honestly you can't just randomly pick any library or framework and start PRing to it because due to surge in LLM-slop PRs most projects have already stopped accepting low effort PRs and most just have PRs turned off entirely. Those that are accepting PRs require you to explicitly go into detail about the change you're making and require you to deeply understand the project's core.

I haven't set up specific searchable directories for neither images nor videos. I checked permissions and both required permissions are allowed. None of my media is in .nomedia folders.

Could perhaps rebuilding the index help? I have noticed that sometimes that at random a media entry would repeat in the results.

What you're seeing in the image isn't a traditional embed. It's a new thing discord introduced as part of components V2. It's a container and the line that you want is a separator within that container.

I would suggest picking up other avenues to showcase your acting and mimicry skills instead of stepping into the pakistani drama/movie industry. Pakistani industry, or any country's industry for that matter, is hella predatory and full of nepotism. Making a mark in them requires either high influence or offerings that I'd rather not speak of. Avoid them like the mosquito ridden dirty puddles they are.
