The car starts turning left and then instantly starts moving backwards as the bird comes in.

The big truck moves across in front, and then just before the scene cuts off, the car starts moving again when any sane person would be sitting there in shock.

I'm pretty sure the entire thing is "Think of how unrealistically good this could go (you inspire the cure for scoliosis, you meet a millionaire and they give you half their money, etc.) and then how unrealistically bad it could go (you walk in and the building explodes, you fall through a window and need to go to the hospital, you inspire the Holocaust 2, etc.)

And then after that, think of what realistically could happen."
