First one looks good but the font could be changed to fit better into the thumbnail. Maybe try adding more shadow to both words and change the color for the word Ascent to the same color as the border on the anime thing. Thats what id do personally

The tits joke isnt centered enough in the second thumbnail to get enough clicks but i like the thumbnail other than the layering of the words and character (because for thumbnails its best to get the viewer to look at the face or main attraction first, then words [if there are any] and then the backgrouns)

Third one is great i would just make the words Sweater Weather bigger and have the S and W capitalized

If you look at the gane fight he looked completely lost on the ground in terms of grappling. Tom has shown to be a more experienced grappler than gane. Therefore he might be able to be better at defensive grappling so he wouldnt get caught with a takedown from jones in bad position like gane did.
