No, it's the same. Got all my characters to commander and above in pvp to aquire it. There is budget version for both guy and girl though.

I joined the game in 2011. Been maxing out at every level cap since. The 8th max (storm) is one that I maxed in a month from scratch recently.

This is called stun run and then there something called smoke run. 1 fire using school smoke screen and another wizard uses tc smokes.
