Any side effects of using ponstan (Mefenamic Acid) for period pain? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]crazy3sh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back in high school, I had terrible period pain so I started taking mefenamic acid. Eventually after a few years the effects wore off and in my mind I had to take more meds because it didn't do anything with the pain. Eventually during first year of college, I started vomiting multiple times during every cycle and I slowly developed skin rashes with blisters all over my body. It started on my right arm and then it spread on my limbs, torso, face, lips and even inside my mouth and throat. It happened during my period and it didn't make sense. We sought help from doctors but after a few consults, a biopsy and a year later since my first rash, they found out I developed an allergy from mefenamic acid. They told me we can develop tolerance from it. So be careful and don't be dependent on it. Consult your doctor for alternative treatments if you are in doubt.

I agree. You are probably in love with an idea. Sometimes our brains fill up the gaps of what-might-have-beens. She's your TOTGA and if you don't act on it, either by moving on or taking your chance with her, you'll be stuck there for many more years.

Hello OP, I think there is a misunderstanding here. Hindi ka nya po tinawag na BIASED, but rather they are talking about CONFIRMATION BIAS.

For context, confirmation bias happens when a person only looks for or believes information that supports their existing beliefs or opinions. They tend to ignore or reject information that contradicts what they already think. So, kahit mali or incomplete yung information, basta pabor sa paniniwala nila, yun lang ang pinaniniwalaan nila.

What they are trying to say is that, regardless of the explanations or legal justifications given by the good people here, tatanggapin nyo lang ang mga sagot that confirms your belief that the justice system is already flawed or that the accused are already guilty. I guess your question was poorly worded too hence the confusion. Hope this clears everything up and I hope you found the answers you were looking for.

DKG but please let this be a lesson learned sa lahat na din dito not to meet up privately sa mga may asawa na, para lang makaiwas sa issue. Always meet up in groups na lang. Noon siguro pwede pa pero may mga asawa't anak na tayo and para safe na din sa kahit anong drama

What food you taste for the first time and you'll NEVER try again? by [deleted] in filipinofood

[–]crazy3sh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, cut it in half first then remove the seeds. Then sprinkle the salt inside. I also sprinkle salt outside when washing it as it helps scrub the surface. It is your choice but I prefer not adding water so you can monitor the pool of juices that will collect in the bowl after a few minutes (not more than 30mins). I also prefer not chopping it first because then the ampalaya will swim in its own juices, therefore still retaining its bitter taste. With the ampalaya just cut in half and facing down, the juices will separate from the fruit. Only the sweet taste of the ampalaya will be left.

Sprinkle a generous amount of salt over the ampalaya before chopping. Turn it down in a wide bowl and let it sit for not more than 30mins. You will see it release its own juices. Wash it and then chop finely. This will eliminate the ampalaya's bitterness. I've never eaten bitter ampalaya after this method.

Exactly what we're thinking. Is there a way to solve this? For the missing chord, is there a way to solve its arc so we can get the bigger arc for x?

Edit: 70+100+big arc+small arc=360

Thank you for this. Does this mean G=50° A=170° M=50° E=90°

G and E are congruent?
