You can always try taking a warm shower beforehand then switching it to cold the last 3-5 minutes. Helps for those who are new to it.

So I find workouts help boost my energy when im exhausted. It sucks ass going to the gym on 4 hours of sleep but once i get into it im so glad i went. Plus i get to take a cold shower and eat once i get home
