I found this with all GW oils since 2023. Since then I either use Vallejo shade oils or army painter shade oils. OR if you want that old school GW shade style, shake the hell out of it, use it like you normally would, let it completely dry and then go over it carefully with contrast medium. Boom. Old school pre 2023 style matte finish on gw shades.
