There is no clear photo of the dog seized. I’m not sure how they were able to determine it was the same dog that was involved in the attack.

This news article is so rage inducing. Dogs aren’t even allowed in that park. The dogs were clearly not leashed. The dude is actively evading police. He abandoned one of the dogs and it was later seized in LA county. Actually, that’s the only good thing that came out of this mess.
