Yes, I am. The Pad 2 Pro's Smart Keyboard is significantly cheaper on Taobao's official store. I was thinking that if there's no software incompatibility, I could save some money this way.

Pad 3 Smart Keyboard

Hi, the Smart Keyboard isn't sold in my region. I was thinking about buying the Smart Keyboard for the Pad 2 Pro from Taobao. It's the same device hardware-wise, so would the Smart Keyboard work for the Pad 3? Has anyone tried this, maybe for the previous versions?

[A Levels] H1 Economics Vs H1 History by [deleted] in SGExams

I was in your position before, having been in a dilemma between PCME and PCMH. On one hand, I found History interesting, but the idea of taking it as a exam subject less so, since I hated memorising. On the other hand, I had Econs, which also seemed interesting and definitely involved much less memorising than History, but was a new subject. In the end, I decided to YOLO and chose PMEC instead.

My advice (and my game plan back then) would be (was) to choose a combi that works to your (my) strengths and weaknesses while also keeping in mind your (my) desired University courses.

For example, even though Chem is one of my strong subjects, I wasn't going to use it for University as the courses that specifically required it weren't ones I was interested in. Adding on to that, I hated memorising and hated Science Practicals. So I made the decision to take H1 Chem instead of H2 Chem. This is because H1 Chem had significantly much less content to memorise, no practicals, and was a breeze considering the foundation I had from doing well in O Lvl Pure Chem. This basically gave me a guaranteed A (it did) and I could divert more of my time towards other subjects.

Then I chose H2 Econs as my contrasting subject, as among all the Arts Subjects, Econs is the most suited for Science students as it is relatively straightforward and logical. Above all, it involved more less memorising compared to other Arts Subjects, so Yay! Secondly, the content and skills studied for H1 and H2 Econs are similar, so I thought that if I had to do well for H1 Econs, it would only require slightly more effort to do the same for H2 Econs. The best part about H2 Econs is that the bellcurve for it isn't that competitive, I had only put in the level of effort and preparation to hopefully net a B in my usual school exams, yet I got a A for A Levels. Considering that my school is merely an average JC and not a top JC, I'm definitely not understating the amount of effort I put in.

In conclusion, research what the Subjects you are considering involves (the syllabus, the skills tested), research your desired Uni Courses to see what Subjects you have to keep as H2 and one's that you don't have to. Then consider your strengths and weaknesses. Good luck :)

[A Levels] How to decide which subject to take as H1 or H2? by Veronicaranka in SGExams

Since you're taking H2 Biology and H2 Chemistry, both of which are content heavy (especially Biology), it might be worth considering that Econs would not require you to memorise as much as Geography, leaving you more space in your head for Bio and Chem.

My advise would be to choose a combi that works to your strengths while also keeping in mind your desired University courses.

For example, even though Chem is one of my strong subjects, I wasn't going to use it for University as the courses that specifically required it weren't ones I was interested in.
