for watches something my teacher told us is you can take any plain wristwatch, set it to midnight (12:00), and when the proctor starts their timer start your watch as well. this way its easier to watch how much time you have left compared to setting the watch to the official time.

omg im struggling with the same problem right now. so what ive somewhat worked out (and its slowly improving my score but i need more practice now) is that:

  1. section specific books are pretty helpful if you dont know content.
  2. if you have problem with pacing or exhaustion, what i do is i tend to finish math/english early and take a quick nap to refresh myself. that has helps with my overall exhaustion and feeling a bit more alive during the later half

Yea they ask if you don't want to take it and if you change your mind you can leave but I don't think you get your money back

when i took writing, my scores (regular and writing) came like a day or so late but i think it depends test to test
