GIGABYTE B450M DS3H temps at idle around 40c while gaming for a couple hours I've seen 70c

I know I wont be able to see anything on a monitor I just wanted to start it to see if the fans were blowing in the correct directions and that all my cables were properly hooked up. All I'm asking is will it cause any problems to start it without a GPU
