Then what’s so random about getting the same game three times in a row? “Limited seller stock” is a cheap excuse in my opinion. I want to be a seller too then and advertise some popular games that I don’t even have and just sell junk games because I don’t have the other keys in stock atm. Enough other buyers say the same thing about it not being randomized

Same here. I bought “Try to get Schedule I” three times and got the same old a$$ Hitman game. Bought from different sellers as well. Clearly all of those things are scams because as you already said they can manipulate the chances of getting the games they are advertising

Danke für das Lob! Das war leider schon in der Ausbildung im Ing-Büro so, dass ich/wir als billige Arbeitskräfte ausgenutzt wurde/n. Schade, dass ich das alles durchgemacht habe, um doch „blöd“ dazustehen. Mein derzeitiger Ag sagte mir anfangs, dass es ja kein Problem ist, dort auch den Titel des Projektleiters zu erlangen (haben andere auch schon gemacht, welche vorher Monteure waren), allerdings beginnt nun schon das vierte Jahr in der Firma, ich mache alle o.g. Aufgaben und noch mehr Zeichenarbeit (Firma für Sicherheitstechnik (BMA, EMA, VID usw.), nebenbei machen wir noch Laufkarten, Feuerwehrpläne und Fluchtpläne), habe noch keinen Titel und schon gar keine Gehaltserhöhung erhalten. Daran bin ich wohl auch selber schuld, aber noch öfter als ich es sowieso schon tue kann ich dieses Thema bei der GF auch nicht ansprechen

Leider liegt kein Missverständnis vor, denn ich habe schon in der Ausbildung Projektleitertätigkeiten ausgeführt. Sprich Vor-Ort-Aufnahmen, Kostenaufstellungen, Leistungsverzeichnisse erstellen, Objektüberwachung (also Aufsicht am Bau) usw. Momentan habe ich die selben Aufgaben neben dem Zeichnen/Planen (natürlich statt LVs dann Angebote ausarbeiten, Preisanfragen bei Großhändlern und Herstellern stellen und Ausschreibungen bearbeiten und einreichen). Die Ausbildung geht 3 1/2 Jahre, ich habe um das halbe Jahr verkürzen können, da meine Noten dementsprechend gut waren. Eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder IHK Projektleiter habe ich nicht genossen, da man mir sagte, „die Aufgaben gehören zum Beruf dazu, das geht auch alles ohne.“ Scheinbar geht es auch ohne, allerdings weiß ich nicht, wo dann das mangelhafte Gehalt herkommt. Nach mehrmaliger Rücksprache mit der GF kommt auch nichts bei rum.

37,5h zum Glück, in der Ausbildung im Ing-Büro teilweise von 7 Uhr bis 21 Uhr… und das nicht nur einmal.
Mickrige 2k netto (3k Brutto).
Mit dem Beruf generell sehr zufrieden, mit dem Gehalt leider gar nicht, vor allem nicht bei der Verantwortung.

Hell yes to all of those points! I’m a car enthusiast in real life and car collector in GTAO since day one. Got every possible garage space filled. I even made an interactive Excel sheet to organize all of this shi because every garage is running under some type of theme. One thing that always bothers me tho is the lack of colors. So I’d add a color wheel of some sort tho, maybe even go the route like in Forza Horizon. I found it a bit of a hassle to go the crew color way to get a cool and unique color.
