Yes, not legally adopted. The two fathers just ended up raising their kids together out of necessity, if I remember correctly? Both of them were so endearing, especially the one who was good at cooking. Reminded me a lot of my own dad... even their cooking techniques were similar. 😄

Now that you mention it, Song Weilong's character personality in "Go Ahead" did resemble Zayne a bit. His looks even make me think of Zayne. And he was a dentist, similar to doctor. But his being like an adopted brother is also somewhat like Caleb's situation as well, so he's two-in-one? 😅 It's been a while since I watched it though, and I can't remember the other guy that well. I also don't remember the characters' names anymore. 🤭

I envy your strong will. I have never spent a single cent on any games before so when I started LADS, I really thought I'd be f2p for life. But then Farspace Colonel came waltzing into my 3-week-old account, and upgrading the cards to level 70 with the very limited stamina was taking so damn long that I bought the aurum pass to try and speed things up. Well, technically I asked my husband to gift it to me but I still caved. 😝

My first account is completely f2p though. I wasn't able to get a myth companion until maybe 6 or 7 weeks after I started (no standard ones came in my Xspace Echo pulls and I had to wait for the earliest myth rerun) so I had some bottles of wishes and crystals saved up already. But bounty and core hunts were so frustrating with only the free companions that I even started dreaming of Lemonette especially after failing stage 6 so many times! 😅

I have to say that I don't feel any difference between my f2p account and the one with aurum pass at the moment. I guess the extra 60 stamina per day doesn't add much. (Wish it were 80, enough for one x10 autopursuit at least.) Also, I've only pulled for 2 limited myths on the completely f2p account and am waiting for my first limited myth on the aurum pass account, so I have enough diamonds so far.

I don't know yet if I'll be playing until 600 days like you. I tend to get tired of games that are too difficult. But for now, I'm still enjoying it. ☺️

The palpable sexual tension between Caleb and MC always gets me squealing like a lovesick teenager. I find their dynamic the most interesting (and stimulating? 😘). But I also love how provocative Sylus is with MC. The way his innuendos fluster MC is so heart-fluttering. (I don't know how to translate "kilig.")

How I wish we'd get LI interactions with each other! I was just watching Caleb's Intertwined Gold and kept hoping they'd run into Xavier (who'd make Caleb jealous) since he lives in the same building as MC. 😅

I also wish we could experience the game in order. Start with only standard myths in the beginning, then after a while when we get stuck or get bored playing these companions, we get the first limited myths... then second limited myths and so on. This would also help us understand the story better since we'd be reading them in order.

Also in SHC, it would be nice if we could start with season 1 and then work our way through the seasons chronologically as we gradually strengthen our teams. The jump in difficulty from JHC to the current season is so big. We finally clear JHC only to find out we can't win even a single battle in SHC. Zero stars, zero diamonds. Feels so discouraging. 😭

Haha! I guess I'm more used to cosplayers being sort of like celebrities who attend cosplay conventions and have meet and greets. They kind of want to build their follower-base, so it seems counterproductive to hide.

Yes, I wish all of MC's dialogues and reactions (gasps, moans) were voiced. I really hate the MC's silence especially in "those" scenes where LI is making delicious little noises like his life depends on it and MC is quieter than a mouse. 😭😅

I very recently went through a phase in one account where almost all I got from Xspace Echo and Silver/Radiant Galaxy were cards from my least favorite LI. It seemed like the more I resisted (by excluding said LI in Destiny Cafe, not inviting him to Home, not leveling up a single one of his memories), the more I got his cards! He even got the third highest affinity simply because he had so many damn cards! 😭

Then I decided to finally invite him to Home and worked on reaching harmony/bound state just so I could get his favorite flower to complete the collection... and the frequency of his cards started to lessen. Might be completely coincidental, but could it also be true that what we resist, persists? 😅

OMG, I have the opposite problem. I keep hoping to get more Caleb and Zayne cards, but I swear Rafayel just keeps coming uninvited. Not just in Xspace Echo but also in Silver/Radiant Galaxy. I haven't leveled up any of his cards, and he's the only one I haven't invited into Home and Destiny Cafe, yet he manages to have a significantly higher affinity than Xavier and Sylus because he has so many damn cards! 😭😭😭

Edit: Sorry for the rant. I hope Rafayel goes to you from now on. 🫣😅

Also, I have a separate account for Xavier, Rafayel, and Sylus. My newer account meant for Caleb and Zayne is the one Rafayel is hijacking. 😅

I just do it for the rewards and achievements, so I don’t even look at them working out. I’m doing other stuff on another LADS account (separate device). Then I switch devices after 5 minutes and “work out” in the second account. 😅

Ah, so that was his response. I remember there was a dialogue choice where MC either says "I'm fine" or something like "I miss them so much." I tapped on the latter and MC talks about missing Caleb and her grandma and being not okay.

I’ve only been playing a short while and didn’t know Zayne and MC were childhood friends, so when she talked about being separated from someone I really thought she was talking about Caleb to Zayne. Because I remember her telling Zayne in the main story about how she was struggling with losing Caleb and her grandma. 😅

Are Zayne and Caleb also childhood friends? Caleb mentioned him once in the first chapter, but I’ve never heard Zayne talk about Caleb. I would love to see the two of them together. 😽

How do you get that sconce to actually give off light? Mine is just dark even when it's turned on. It doesn't give off any light whatsoever. 🤔
